Ingredients 2 avocados, halved and pitted ½ lb lean ground turkey 1 teaspoon taco seasoning ¼ cup diced tomatoes 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt Instructions Cook ground turkey in a skillet and add taco seasoning. Spoon cooked turkey into each avocado half. Top with diced tomatoes and a dollop of Greek yogurt. Serve immediately.
