Slow Cooker Apple Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Spray your slow cooker lightly with nonstick spray.
  2. Add oats, apples, almond milk, water, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours (overnight) or high for 3–4 hours, until oats are tender and creamy.
  4. Serve warm with a sprinkle of chopped nuts or chia seeds for extra crunch and nutrition.
