Holiday Veggie & Herb Roast

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup butternut squash
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, thyme

Instructions:

  1. Toss veggies with olive oil and seasoning.
  2. Roast at 400°F for 25–30 minutes.
