Grilled Chicken Veggie Wrap

Ingredients
1 whole grain tortilla
½ cup grilled chicken breast, sliced
¼ cup shredded lettuce
¼ cup shredded carrots
¼ avocado, sliced
1 tablespoon hummus

Instructions
Spread hummus evenly over the tortilla.
Layer chicken, lettuce, carrots, and avocado on top.
Roll tightly and slice in half before serving.
