Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait with Almond Crunch
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 drizzle honey (optional)
Instructions:
- In a glass, layer half the yogurt, then berries, then almonds.
- Repeat with remaining yogurt and toppings.
- Drizzle with almond butter and honey, sprinkle with chia seeds, and enjoy!
