Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait with Almond Crunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 drizzle honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, layer half the yogurt, then berries, then almonds.

  2. Repeat with remaining yogurt and toppings.

  3. Drizzle with almond butter and honey, sprinkle with chia seeds, and enjoy!
