Gingerbread Greek Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp low-sugar granola
- Fresh berries (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix yogurt with cinnamon, ginger, and maple syrup.
- Layer with granola and berries.
- Chill and serve.
