Gingerbread Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp low-sugar granola
  • Fresh berries (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix yogurt with cinnamon, ginger, and maple syrup.
  2. Layer with granola and berries.
  3. Chill and serve.
