Ginger Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry
Great for: metabolic health, anti-inflammatory support
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
- 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add veggies, ginger, and sauce.
Stir-fry 5–7 minutes until tender.
