Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and roast an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm as a healthy snack or side dish.
