Ginger Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry

Great for: metabolic health, anti-inflammatory support

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add veggies, ginger, and sauce.

Stir-fry 5–7 minutes until tender.
