Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender.

  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and roast an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm as a healthy snack or side dish.
