Berry Parfait

Ingredients:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
½ cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
2 tablespoons granola (low-sugar)
1 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
A sprinkle of chia seeds or hemp seeds (optional for extra nutrients)

Directions:

In a glass or small bowl, layer half of the yogurt at the bottom.
Add half of the fresh berries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granola over the berries.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired, and sprinkle chia or hemp seeds on top.
Enjoy immediately as a refreshing, protein-packed treat!
