Listening to Your Body Instead of Fighting It
Many women spend years fighting their bodies. We ignore hunger, push through exhaustion, and blame ourselves when our bodies change. But what if your body isn’t working against you? What if it’s trying to tell you something?
Our bodies communicate through energy levels, sleep, cravings, stress, and even mood. Learning to listen instead of criticize can transform our health journey.
Hormonal changes, stress, and aging often require adjustments to our routines. What worked at 30 may not work at 50, and that’s okay.
Rest, nourishment, movement, and grace all play important roles. God designed our bodies with wisdom, and paying attention to their signals allows us to care for them well.
Instead of asking, “Why is my body doing this?” ask, “What does my body need today?”
When we stop fighting our bodies, we begin partnering with them.
