Grilled Chicken & Pineapple Skewers
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Thread chicken, pineapple, and bell pepper onto skewers.
Brush with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
Serve warm.
