Roasted Broccoli and Sweet Potato Bowl

Ingredients
1 cup broccoli florets
1 medium sweet potato, cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss broccoli and sweet potato with olive oil and seasonings.
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 20–25 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
